Stegosaurus
Stegosaurus can be described as armoured , large sized , heavily built and a four legged plant eater with a distinctive posture of an arched back , short front limbs with head low to ground and stiffened tail held high in air .

The species dates from the late jurassic period and were found in western north America. The name is Greek for roof lizard.
